1/ EXPLORE

Choose your desired collection that best suits your style and is consistent with the aesthetics of the event.

2/ selection & PRICE ESTIMATION

Please read Customization Options to review our papers, ink colors, envelopes, printing methods, etc before asking for a price quote. Find answers from FAQ if you have concerns of potential costs with adding extra elements or services. You may have your selected collection/elements/adds-on in your mind ready at this time.

3/ CONSULTATION & price quote

Time to Get in Touch by submitting your inquiries, concerns and requests. We will do our best to assist in answering any questions you may have. Once everything is clear, we will get back to you with your order summary & a price quote asap. A sample kit can also be ordered. The package includes examples of all printing methods, paper types, example envelopes and a selection of accessories (silk ribbon, fine string, et al.). The cost of the package is $50.

4/ BOOKING & PAPER PRODUCTION

At this time, if you confirm to make your purchase after reviewing the offer, you will need to submit your order quantities, billing & shipping information (full name, full address and phone number.) We will issue an invoice for the advance payment of your order to reserve your project in our calendar. Our payment will be arranged in 2 parts: - 35% non-refundable down payment for booking - 65% balance after final digital proof approval. After received your first payment, we will start hand-making the papers ahead of time. Please be aware to triple check your order quantities before first payment. It takes up to 20 days to product raw papers before start press-printing process so that extra time and cost will occur if adding copies during the production process.

5/ CONTENT submission

After received the 35% booking payment, our design team will send you a form within 48 hours. In this form you will be able to enter your invitation writing, your desired fonts/calligraphies, paper kind, envelope colors and etc. Please allow us 2-5 business days to get back with first proofs from the day you submit the form.

6/ DESIGN PROOF,REVISION & APPROVAL

Proofs will be sent in digital forms and revisions will be replied back within 3 business days. Each additional round of revisions costs $20. After all revisions are finished, we will send you a Final Proof/Production Approval form. A final proof of your order will be send along and you will need to electronically sign this form as an approval to submit any additional service /add on changes and begin the production progress.

6/ PRODUCTION

After received the Final Proof/Production Approval form with your signature, your design will be updated to our production team. At this point you will receive the last invoice of your order. After confirmation of payment the production process begins. The production period shall be:

Handmade Paper Lead-time: 13-18 business days from the day you submit first payment.

Letterpress & Foil Press Printing Lead-time: 14-21 business days for letter-pressed or foil-stamped items. If your order includes invitation add-ons such as die cutting, additional foil/letter pressing, envelope addressing, envelop liner and etc, it will take extra 1-3 business days each service.

7/ DELIVERY

After your order is printed and assembled, we make sure that everything is carefully packed to be delivered to you safely. We deliver worldwide via SF or DHL Express and in China through SF Express. Free shipping available on orders over $500 US dollar(excludes design fees for custom illustrations.)

Freight insurance is available for an option to secure your package to avoid damage and loss. It will be 1% of your items’ value. Please note that — International orders outside Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country and these are the responsibility of the client. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
